You write "In November 2016 we revamped the system …" but the next paragraph is about 2014. Is this not chronological or a typo of 2006? I can hardly imagine it took 17 years before you wanted to generate the files during build😃

@dboehmer The order of events in the post are not chronological. It actually took 17 years - at least until it happened. We of course considered it an awkward solution for a long time before we actually finally addressed it...

Nice! Github even renders the headers nicely which was my main curiosity if it will
