I really don’t like posting such stuff online as I know those people also have families to feed, but #WizzAir assistance line is completely incompetent. They lie, they mistake facts, they don't solve cases. I am fighting for days to have my friend's #GuideDog accommodated on the plane. I have sent the documents they requested, I have given all the necessary information. (1/3)

They want more documents which don't even exist, such as document stating what the guide dog is trained for, like for guiding her, ETC. In May I had the similar situation, it was a straight-up lie. They asked me to send the documents of the dog. I did, they asked me to call tomorrow at 9 in the morning. I did call at exactly 08:58, and they said they cannot accommodate the dog as its less than 48 hours until the flight. (2/3)

But then she was alone, but now she is with two children in a foreign country. She is #blind, the children are also #blind. Please, help me to solve this. She is flying tomorrow, I am fighting with them for over a week with no result. I was again told to call on midday, but that'll be too late! I am desperate now. Please, help me. (3/3)
