Man Reader - my Mac app for reading Terminal command man pages - has finally had its long awaited update. The new version is now waiting for review.

@Nuno If you need VoiceOver, then I suggest you wait for version 2.1. But I’m surprised that you weren’t able to get a refund from the App Store. It’s worked for me the couple of times I needed it.
