Oooh, three months for 4.99BGN, so yes I suppose it is, because it was much more than that. I am grabbing it, and I have a Bulgarian ID. I have a US one, but I haven't used it. So the relatives should be good for three months, tell them to go full speed while the deal is still on, because I definitely am going on full speed. :)

If you have a Bulgarian Apple ID, yes you can. :D But it's the same in Eur so it won't be worth it.
