if I may make a request (my machine is out of action due to a power outage yesterday cooking something, or I'd PR it myself) it'd be useful to have a documentation note somewhere about which versions of curl did support WinCE, so folks can go grab an archived copy if they need it.
I do still occasionally come across old industrial HMIs and embedded systems that run CE, would be useful to not have to dig up the issue and correlate the commit ID to a release :)
