@froge they have never funded anything in either project. I say they are ... confused, to use a positive word. They did respond to my response, so I have started a communication with them so we'll see how things develop. (Thus I'm still not naming names because what if they end up becoming a customer!)

@froge sure they can be draining, but the best opportunities to get customers to buy support is when the competence gap is large. Then we just have to accept a certain amount of... hand-holding as well.
