In the second screenshot in the parent post is a list of follower suggestions, with large "Dismiss" and "Follow" buttons.
Those are the only actions you can take on each suggestion. There's a menu to access the swipe-to-refresh functionality.
Given that, should this have an accessibility action, so that instead of tapping the buttons you swipe through the options and double-tap to select one of them?
