I use it with one custom domain, and setup was no problem for me, it gave me all the DNS entries I needed to enter, and once they checked out, it told me so. And since then, it has worked fine for me. No separate mailboxes for separate domains, it all runs into the same account, and the custom domain addresses become aliases.

@Marco I was being lazy. Sorry. It says it right there in the documentation. Boils down to three additional aliases per custom domain.
