Bugfix rate in the #curl project is currently racing to an all-time high.

(yes, presumably this also means we insert more bugs as well as there need to be something to fix...)

Is there data for when each bug was introduced? That could also be interesting to see. Likely a nice dropoff at the end for all the undiscovered bugs.

@thomastospace no unfortunately we only do that "origin-tracking" for security issues, as it is quite a lot of work.

Wonder if it's 'good enough' to git blame the deleted lines. Probably not accurate enough.
