There's a brutal simplicity to Gemini that helps rip out the malaise of the modern web by institution of a protocol that plain doesn't support it and I like the idea

But I'm cautiously optimistic. :)
And I'm glad you are willing to entertain the thought , because your opinions on the web hold a lot of weight - curl is foundational to how most developers interact with the web, and you are known for delivering mature, well thought out projects, so even your not saying no outright is a real compliment.
