I managed to find a copy of the DeluxePaint II Enhanced (IBM/DOS) manual and had it shipped from the UK to the US at some cost. It came in the mail today. I scanned it and uploaded the PDF to archive.org, since there doesn't seem to be a scan of it anywhere that I could find on the internet (until now, you're welcome).
