The arXiv project now supports dissemination of papers in HTML format (alongside PDF) to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, including users of screen readers and other assistive technologies. The LaTeXML converter is being used to generate HTML output from the LaTeX sources.
Guidance for authors has been published to facilitate creation of accessible HTML versions of submissions.
