Well, it probably won't compete with anything from Mozilla, so that rules out VPN service...
So it might be something that competes with other email services. Cloud storage?

If you offered an affordable SMTP/IMAP server that I can use with my own domains I'd use it. I'd pay 4-5€ a month for a decent place for my emal.

It will be a service to get an #SMIME Certificate with one click to sign and/or encrypt your emails!

I'm glad to hear you're not considering ads. Hopefully you'll as vociferously object to cryptocurrency/proof-of-work schemes.

@adamhotep As an organization, we align with Mozilla's stance on this. We're against proof-of-work cryptocurrencies, and will not even accept them as payment methods for donations.

Hmm. Hmm. Become a provider of paid mail accounts for individuals and companies incl. support to give them the option to opt out of MS & co?

paid Matrix integration , interoperable with mails , in UI/UX as Mailchat ( Chat isn't best UI/UX though )
