Moving apps around my particular #Android homescreen with #Talkback is ridiculously simple. Find app, swipe down to 'Move item', double-tap, then swipe or move to where I want to drop it, double-tap. No idea if this is common across all launchers or whatever, I know very little about Android in-general other than this one device, but I'm sure it wasn't always that simple.
