Just watched "The Caves of Androzani," the last episode of #DoctorWho with Peter Davison as the Doctor. It was as good a send-off for a good Doctor as I could ask for. No introduction could make the next incarnation likable, unfortunately.
"Caves" is one of my favorite DW stories. For me, it's one of the few stories that has so much going on that a spin-off series with those characters would be interesting to me even without the Doctor. It wasn't the typical alien monster invasion of the week and I wish that DW would do more stories like this.
