Blaming the pandemic 2+ years into Projet Montréal's administration and blaming the CAQists all the way through...
That's all fair and fine, but, Projet Montréal promised to be better and I fail to see it on the ground here in my portion of this borough...
Just keep taking the taxes and work on those Projet Montréal vanity projects that either A/ NEVER materialize, or B/ half-assedly completed in OTHER boroughs.
