Remember when Montréal was a cosmopolitan city? Yeah, not anymore.

Remember when anglophones believed they had nothing to fear from the CAQ? Yeah, not anymore.

There is something fundamentally wrong with a city that will erase Bonjour-Hi, Bonjour-Woof, Bonjour-Meow, etc. before it deals with OTHER graffiti... OR OTHER THINGS LIKE TRANSPORTATION, TRAFFIC, HOUSING, ETC.
