For some reason, there were several Alsatian chefs in Singapore where I grew up, so I often had tarte flambée / flammkuchen / flammekueche
It’s just something that brings me joy and comfort. Whenever I can I make it. I can make it. I can do it in 30 min, from dough to thing in my mouth!
