never understood why people don't just use the calendar for this.
Android, iOS, Google Calendar and Outlook all have perfectly accessible, interoperable calendaring systems.

@cachondo Good point! However, I don't use calendar invites for Zoom meetings unless one is provided because not everyone has the ability or need to send one. Sometimes meetings are more spontaneous or set up through messages, especially in community or async work settings. I’ll still join as scheduled, just without a formal calendar invite unless it’s sent.

sure, not every meeting needs to be sent as an invite. but if you're the sort of person who needs to keep on top of things, a calendar is the perfect tool. :)
