Hello !Friendica Support
many of the profile pictures look like this since the latest updates (LAMP stack and Friendica).

  • What can be the reason?
  • Can I force to reload the profile pictures from the remote server, re-fetch of contact data does not help.

I’m observing the same thing; got a poke from a mastodon user that my profile picture is empty. Looks fine for me, but when looking at a post of mine on another instance, there is in fact no profile picture (and the profile itself also appears out of date).
