FWIW, at least with the NVDA screen reader, it's not at all obvious that "Schedule" on the nav bar is a drop-down menu, nor is there an obvious way for a screen reader user to open the menu. Until I saw this post, I assumed that the site was still under construction and the "Schedule" item on the nav bar was still a placeholder.
