The update is available everywhere, besides flathub which will take it bit longer. (help appreciated if you want it faster 🙂: https://github.com/flathub/chat.delta.desktop/pull/123).
Do not upgrade yet if you use "mail.163.com", they implement IMAP strangely so a recent optimisation in Delta Chat broke support: https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-core-rust/issues/5043
