a few more #NVDA questions. Lets say I all of a sudden have the freezing issue I am talking about. do I stop what I am doing right away, and do the view log right away to see if something shows up at that time? If I do find what the NVDA devs are after, how do I send it to them? meaning where is the file I need to send to them, and what is the best method of getting the log to them? I assume there are some of you that have done this loads of times, so you might know the answers to these questions.

Ideally, if you can stop and send it to us when it happens that again prevents too much else polluting the log. I recommend:
1. Press WINDOWS+E for file explorer
2. Press alt+d for the address bar
3. type %temp% and press enter (note the percent signs)
4. In this directly look for nvda.log (the log of the current run), nvda-old.log (the previous run) and nvda_crash.dmp (a file created if NVDA itself crashes).
5. Attach those to an email to us at info@nvaccess.org with a description
