Can we actually sue under this law like Americans can under the ADA, or is it like the GDPR, where complaining to the government and hoping its salaried employees give a shit is our only option?

@miki As far as I read, if they don't comply, they will pay quite significant amounts of money, depending on the country (somewhere in the north it can even lead to jail, again, as far as I read). But I don't know the procedure yet. #EAA
