I’ve never understood the “Sellout Singh” moniker. From the position of having (only!) 25 seats in a Parliament of 338, the NDP has seen real substantial action on key elements of their platform: national dental care, pharmacare, and childcare programs. This seems to me like a job well done!
It’s only a ‘sellout’ to ideologues who don’t want these things. So every time PP launches that phrase he’s telling Canadians that their health and wellness are not his first priority.
NAME THE MAN. I will not be surprised to learn the man is a xenophobic piece of garbage and that this attack is a direct result of the CAQ policies of hate, fear, and division in this province.

What they didn't tell you when you joined the federal public service:
Your job is really to shore up the failed business models of downtown companies and their landlords ... and to keep generating more greenhouse gasses in the process.
Good job on the NDP on announcing they want PP forming government. Because we really need racist and lunatics pillaging this country

Remember when anglophones believed they had nothing to fear from the CAQ? Yeah, not anymore.
There is something fundamentally wrong with a city that will erase Bonjour-Hi, Bonjour-Woof, Bonjour-Meow, etc. before it deals with OTHER graffiti... OR OTHER THINGS LIKE TRANSPORTATION, TRAFFIC, HOUSING, ETC.

It’s official, my employer, a public university has filed a suit in BC Supreme Court against a student who is the “leader” of the PSE protest encampment on campus. She is an international student, a visible minority… and now the target of an expensive lawsuit by a broke University against its students.

Did you know? In Canada, Capital gains are taxed far lower than other types of income.
But watch for confusion! The recent increase from 50% to 67% is NOT the tax rate, it's just the amount of the gain that qualifies to be considered for taxation. Nothing is *taxed* at 67%.
You can have an opinion about whether or not $ in an investment should be treated the same or differently from $ from working a job. But that's a different topic.

You boosted my protest sign where I called Canada Action LIARS for their cross-Canada “LNG will reduce global emissions” ad campaign. Now please boost this!
It turns out after immediate questions were raised last year, the Canada ad regulating agency agreed in January the campaign was misleading. But all decisions are CONFIDENTIAL and there is NO enforcement! The decision was finally leaked.
Spread the word!

Scotiabank says royalty credits for well cleanup would damage industry’s reputation
CALGARY - Scotiabank is warning that the Alberta government’s plan to give oil companies a royalty credit for cleaning up their old wells could damage the reputation of Canada’s oil and gas industry.Toronto Star
Here's the prime #OrphanOilwell problem as I understand it: #BigOil (which has all the $ in the world) "sells off" spent oilwells to small companies going bankrupt & who could *never* afford cleanup in the first place. This from an industry claiming to produce #EthicalOil.
It's the same bunch of crooks that'd like us to trust them on #CCS and think Canada should give them billions. Just ask the enormous liars at
#PathwaysNetZero.
#abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli #OILigarchy
Obviously it should go without saying that any #BigOil company that sold their #OrphanWells to companies all knew couldn't pay for the cleanup should not only not get one cent of this 20 billion but no federal #CCS $ either. Same with oil companies that took #CERB then turned around and offered #ShareBuyBacks to investors. Fool me once...
