#devlog #deltachat_desktop finally gets its own window to open HTML emails!

Background: Html email in a dedicated window, header of the window shows subject and sender of the email and an unchecked checkbox to load remote images. below that is the email with images missing. In the foreground there is a dialog explaining that remote images can be used for tracking, asking the user if they really want to load remote images. There are buttons for yes, no and also a checkbox "Do not ask again", which disables the confirmation dialog if checked.
