My dad just received his Ally Solos glasses. He likes them, but has a few questions. First, do the glasses automatically update their firmware? There seems to be nothing concerning firmware update, current version, etc. in the Ally app. Also, the documentation we've been able to find is extremely confusing about how to charge the glasses. At one point it says the magnetic cable can only be used with the left arm. Then elsewhere it says a USB C cable can only be used with the left arm. But then in another place it says you can charge both arms at the same time. Does anyone have any info on this? Please boost for reach.
