I am pleased to announce that we released version 1.8.4 of the slixmpp #python #xmpp (#jabber) library on sunday!

It includes:
- Compatibility with python 3.11
- Fixes and updates for existing XEP plugins
- New XEP plugins (mostly thanks to @nicoco)

My thanks go to all those who contributed or tested the new code!
