Gajim already has an experimental plugin for XEP-0449: Stickers, but that will need some work to get it finished! 🤖

The XEP isn't about stickers, it's about creating sticker "stores" or users distributing their own packs. Right now we focus on people being able to use existing packs since that's what most users want. Can come up with a way to do other stuff when it's popular enough to need it (possibly based on 0449 though it needs some work or another XEP before it's actually usable).
