Tomorrow, SCOTUS will hear an accessibility case β specifically around "standing," or who has grounds to sue. Though SCOTUS's opinion isn't expected until next year, it will address whether civil rights testers, many of whom are disabled themselves, can sue businesses for having inaccessible websites, or if instead, you must have been an intended customer to have standing. @LFLegal's post on this is worth the read!
