@Spielmops Ask the devs. My guess is it's a typo and should not read "md3", but the "d" must be rotated 180° so it reads "mp3". Or not a typo but a marketing gag, so everyone and their little sisters install it to find out. Did you? 🙈

I will ask.

I'm searching for a simple musicplayer ever since. I installed every player-app from fdroid and your repo and found: most do not work with music on sdcard, many are not simple and one quarter is not working - like this one.

@Spielmops "most do not work with music on sdcard": that is strange. I usually have my music on the external SD card, and never noticed that. Conclusion: I did not try out "most" 🙈

As you will ask: I'm curious for the answer (might need to update the description then) 😉

@Spielmops 🤣 Yeah, if you use abbreviations, make sure they are not too ambiguous I guess. The description was literally copied from theirs, as the APK was taken from their releases at Github: github.com/AkaneTan/Symphonica

So perhaps, the description of their Readme should be made a little clearer so it doesn't lead to misunderstandings. Though I have no idea either what has made the connection to Quake for you 🤷‍♂️

@Spielmops Should become available in a few minutes here. But you'll need to install manually: as the devs forgot to increase versionCode, the update won't be offered automatically (see: github.com/AkaneTan/Symphonica…).

Can you please make sure to increase versionCode whenever you make a new release? As it currently stands, it's always set to 1: package: name='org.akanework.symphonica' versionCode='1' versionName=...
