That's less than their pocket money. There should be some zeros added. BEFORE the comma, of course. It must hurt. Currently it's just a question of "how much violations can we afford before it breaks even". It must be each. single. fee. hurting.
My, that is as if one gets fined USD 5 for stealing a car while being allowed to keep the car. Yuck. That's not a fee. It's a lame cover of "we're doing something". Grrrrβ¦
