So I've just pushed a really early version of being able to control a Mac via NVDARemote to the NVDARC app, via a new Be controlled option in the settings page. Note/warning! Due to limitations in VoiceOver, the speech output is going to be less than desirable in a lot of cases, but at the moment, it's the best one can do.
