Apparently, there was an obscure Windows port of the Macintalk speech system called WinTalker. I was able to successfully build it and run it.

@alexchapman @fireborn Yeah. As long as Apple doesn't catch wind of it. They still have those voices on their new macOS systems.

@ROMMIX There is also a czech speech synthesizer called wintalker voice. There is nothing special just the name is somewhat familiar to me.
