Judging from the screenshots I’d call it a TUI file manager since the file management commands are apparently given within a text UI not the CLI.

this would be interesting to me if i didn't just deploy docker containers constantly, and instead constantly managed remote *nix's by doing a lot of file manipulation.

Locally, if still just use a GUI...
