🤔 Why is it acceptable to some that #WCAG can be used to test PDF's, but not native iOS or Android apps?

Note: I think its legit to use WCAG to test native iOS or Android apps

I hate to be picky, but I feel the naming convention will still confuse people. Web ≠ native, even if many principles apply, web content ≠ native UI, etc. On top of that, we have web views inside each platform which have their unique behaviors because they are ≠ full mobile browser experience.
I hope that one day either WCAG will be renamed to something more generic or there will be some sort of mobile UI Accessibility GUidelines that will act as a separate standard. (1/2)
