Is there an API or a localhost-only IMAP bridge? Other email services (and Mastodon) do not lock you to a single client.
in reply to Gustavo

@qgustavor There is none and this is my biggest gripe with Tutanota. You HAVE to use their clients.
But not just for mail, this is true for contacts and calendars as well. Not being able to integrate contacts on my phone properly is a dealbreaker.

@ymstnt @qgustavor Thanks for your feedback. You'll be happy to hear that a better contacts integration on mobile is planned!
in reply to Tuta

@ymstnt I'm a Reddit refugee, the lack of means (like APIs, SDKs and/or bridges) to allow third party clients is a deal breaker.

@weirdwriter What exactly is your question?
in reply to Tuta

- “Data linked to you” and “Data used to track you” is 2 different things in Apple App Store, correct? Check Twitter’s App Privacy disclosure.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but the post speaking of zero tracking and GMail screenshot from App Store seems not relatable.
