filen.io (encrypted file storage) Edit: I should have mentioned they have a Lifetime plan thatโ€™s a great value. I deplore monthly payments, so itโ€™s Lifetime or bust for me with any online service. Hint hint, Tutaโ€ฆ

The only App missing for me to live fully FOSS is a collaborative To-Do list.

Shared Notes with Files.io is also just half baked.

I like @Internxt for my cloud storage, they have a lifetime plan! Also would recommend using immich for self hosted photo storage if you're into that

Cryptomator, that way you can keep other cloud storage.
SimpleLogin or DDG for spam emails
QRScanner (from Fdroid) for scrubbed QR code scanning
Scrambled Exif and Obscura Cam for photo uploads.

Love your mail, I also use @ente auth for 2FA and @bitwarden to securely store my passwords. As for chat apps, I can recommend @revoltchat and @session (got my parents to use it lol:)).
@bravebrowser as the browser, @crystal_linux as the OS on my main PC.
