Great! Really looking forward for this feature I missed for years in #Thunderbird. Syncing add-ons is nice, being able to sync even addon settings would be perfect!

Sounds good! Is it (can it) be same Ff sync account as for Ff sync, or is it only shared platform?

Those who host E-Mail Servers will probably want to offer/#selfhost the Firefox Sync infrastructure too. It that a use-case you are considering?
