Yep, youtube podcasts have been around for a while. I just turned mine into one as well, or one of them for a wider reach even though my content is different. I might turn my blind wow playlist into a podcast as well. or shall we call them vodcasts. I might call it a vodcast as well just in case..

Now you can't play the playlist randomized anymore, lol. Thats one of the downsides of podcasts in YouTube for some weird reason. Just found out the hard way a few months ago, the randomize button at the top of the playlist just disappears for podcasts. Dunno if thats important for Inspired by Sound though :D.

don’t think it works for playlists, but I use https://huffduff-video.snarfed.org/ to convert videos to podcasts and then consume in overcast. Works really nicely with my workflow where I use Huffduffer for listening to one offs.

yeah, just scanning source code - downloads the video, converts it to audio only and then uploads it somewhere
