This is why Macs have become horrible for recording and performing music.
It isn't a solution at all. It just resets the audio. It will fail again and again. Absolute crap that I doubt would have gotten past QA when I was there. It is garbage.

in reply to Andre Louis • • •@FreakyFwoof No doubt. The song it was royally unable to handle had Flex and Smart Tempo on, so instead of that, I'll just re-record it. That was an old recording. No point in pushing the hardware envelope.
I was planning to look at Linux DAWs again one of these days. It's a little motivation.
