I’m Avi Lewis and I’m running to be the next leader of the federal NDP. Very excited to be part of the Fediverse!

I’m running for NDP leader because it’s time for the NDP to return to its roots—fighting a system rigged for the rich that leaves the rest of us behind.

@SnowyCA please explain why any politician should be posting on a platform that generate CSAM for its nazi owner (it used to be called Twitter)? Sorry but there are lines that have been crossed here. They run for a party leadership? They should be held accountable for their own decisions. Sorry if I can't ask the question elsewhere. I'm not "elsewhere".

Don't get me wrong, I agree they do need to shove off Xitter, That said, hostility certainly isn't what would motivate me to stay if I was a politician.

I am outraged as well, so could you please help me think of a more constructive way we can make our disappointment, frustration, and agnst known ? I too want them all to leave that horrible nazi den.
