Okay, this now exists in the world: a #NVDASR addon to translate text using #DeepL, based on the older NVDA translate addon that used google. It's much faster, though you will require a free API key. Note that while this works, I don't intend to submit to the NVDA Addon store; I doubt I've followed any of the requirements to do that.
