So why does #hCAPTCHA still insist on forcing blind people to retrieve their so-called “accessibility cookies”. Not only does that compel us to go through many more additional steps than a sighted person would have to do to verify their humanity (irony!) but I gather this dreadful workaround is not really even secure! Have they not heard of a simple thing called “audio challenges”…? Is this really “accessibility”…? (#Discord, #DoBetter!)

It's very tricky getting those "accessibility cookies" to play nicely with Brave and it's a step I shouldn't need to go through, anyway. What usually happens is that I give up and my second authentication attempt, for whatever reason, results in bypassing HCaptcha. Blindness organizations like the NFB or @ACBNational need to engage in advocacy with HCaptcha with the goal of getting them to be more inclusive and less discriminatory. If that fails, there needs to be a law suit filed against them.
