Gibt es eigentlich einen technischen Grund, warum bei eigenen Posts nicht angezeigt wird, dass diese unlisted sind?

I understood that it's doable from the clients but not from the website frontent. It would be nice to configure comments / replies to be unlisted by default.
Is there a github issue for this?
