Fwiw, sending out the emails is a separate action from setting the status as accepted/rejected. Some devrooms probably do not send the emails yet as they want backups in case some speakers don't answer the acceptance email.
There are some confusing bits in the interface if all devrooms start sending mails at the same time (which is happening now). I can see the mail in the outbox, someone might have missed pressing send. I'll poke them.
In general, some devrooms edit rejection mails (which is a good thing), which may also cause them to be sent a bit later than in the interface shows.
@johanvdw I also see the accepted e-mails not coming to my inbox. Sorry to be pain in the a**. This might be a reason someone not to accept their confirmed talk.
