By the way, do you know, is there a standardized way to write long vowels with macrons in Braille?

@menelion Not really... I'm not proficient in braille... I'd look how the French do the macrons and add them to the vowels, though I don't remember quite enough to know how they'd interact. Sorry for not being much help...

In French we don't use macrons. Plenty of other diacritics, but not macrons.
