¡Buenos días! Con la novedad de que hace unos minutos descubrí un problema asociado al nuevo horario en México (ya sin horario de verano): @thunderbird sí hizo el cambio y me avisó una hora antes de una reunión vía Zoom... Ahí me tienen todo extrañado de que nadie se conectaba 😂
Remedio temporal: cambié la zona horaria de Thunderbird a América/Cancún, justo donde me gustaría estar realmente ahora mismo :blobcatglaredrink:
Y no, el remedio es únicamente parcial, las notificaciones ocurren fuera del tiempo. Al parecer hay un problema de disparidad entre la hora del sistema y la hora de Thunderbird, a pesar de que ambas están configuradas en la misma zona horaria.
System time and Thunderbird's time are not synced, but they are configured at the same time zone. Thunderbird is taking the obsolete daylight saving in Mexico, which is not applied since 2023.
Bug fixed! Thanks to @thunderbird. I have to say that #Thunderbird is indispensable for me, not only for email management but for my workflow arround appointments: is the only way, in #KDE #Plasma, to get full featured and reliable desktop notifications for meetings managed in Google Calendar 🙌

1826146 - America/Mexico_City timezone has daylight savings time which was actually abolished
