A question for anyone with the misfortune to have #xfinity as their internet provider: is there something I’m missing that I need to turn off since their devs clearly cannot properly design an app where voiceover comes out of the speaker instead of the earpiece? Granted they’re not the only ones with flawed designs like this that devs never fix as the Alexa app has done this too. But I shouldn’t need to sport headphones to pay my bill. Or is this an Apple flaw?

David this is an interesting read and it reminds me that I hadn't updated you on our ongoing conversation about my jaunt through whether to keep or cut the cord. I did cut the cord for 2 months and then I went all the way back to #Xfinity land because frankly cutting the cord wasn't any cheaper in my case and as I say often no one can beat #Xfinity's #Accessibility. And this story gives me one more reason to be glad I went back.
