My issue is hopefully resolved as I did reach a human. Instead of becoming unlady like I decided to channel my energy into goodness and I will go to the top as my daddy taught me and the senior vice president of #Accessibility at #Xfinity will be receiving my feedback so they can fix the horrible issues with their chat from a #Blindness perspective as it is difficult to find the newest messages when using any #ScreenReader.
